It shows completion status across up to 10 standard tenancy checks, giving you a clear snapshot of what’s been verified.

To maintain trust and data integrity:
- Agents must provide a valid company number
- Landlords must provide proof of property ownership after signup
When a tenant shares their profile with you, you can access a Summary Report free of charge.
The Summary Report provides:
- An overview of Rent10 completion checks
- Key verified information
- A clear snapshot to support early decisions
To access the Full Report, a fee will normally apply.
During a limited beta period, Full Reports are available free of charge.
This is temporary and intended to support early adopters while the platform is being refined. Pricing will apply after the beta period ends.
